...we were at the Zoo. And there was this beautiful wolf that had apparently fallen out of grace.
He was driven back into a "cave" by the other wolves every time he tried to come out. But as you can see, he had a nowhere near submissive attitude. Which was probably (part of) the problem.


Here too, he seems to challenge the leader, by positioning its head above the leaderapos;s back. The one fallen from grace is the wolf in the back. Not exactly a submissive wolf, so I gather this young male is trying to get in alpha position of the pack.
